The AICD will launch the research phase of its annual NFP Governance and Performance Study tomorrow (11 May). NFP Sector Leader Phil Butler explains how you can help.

A strong and sustainable not-for-profit (NFP) sector is critical to the Australian economy and community.

As part of our ongoing commitment to the NFP sector, the NFP Governance and Performance Study, in its eighth year, is an important AICD initiative that helps identify the current challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

By surveying the NFP community on the key issues affecting them, the AICD compiles a comprehensive report that NFPs can use to build on the vital work they are already doing.

This year some of the areas the study will focus on are:

    • Financial sustainability
    • Risk management
    • Culture
    • Adaptation to the NDIS
