Olivia Fleming

Founder, Little HELP Project Tasmania
Olivia was only 17 when she founded a local charity called the Little HELP Project Tasmania. With the help of an incredible team of young mentors, Little HELP Project empower and provide and various health programs in schools and community groups. Olivia and her team are passionate about mental health, up-skilling young people to educate and enable them to reach their full potential. Olivia is also a final year medical student and commissioned in the Australian Amy Reserves in 2018 to train as an officer. Olivia's passion is working with people and creating positive and innovative change.

Emily Briffa MAICD

CEO, Hamlet Inc

Emily is CEO and co-founder of Hamlet, a not-for-profit social enterprise that aims to tackle the issue of unemployment in Tasmania. Hamlet's mission is to empower people to live meaningful lives in their community. Hamlet provides on-the-job work experience and training opportunities to people facing significant barriers to employment. Hamlet has developed hands-on training programs for people seeking to gain experience in hospitality. More than 200 participants have completed over 11,000 hours of work experience and one third of participants have subsequently found paid employment. Hamlet is built on a foundation of community, a safe place where people can grow, learn and refine skills and empower themselves into the next chapter of their lives.

Emily works untiringly in fundraising, community outreach, program and training development, communications and marketing all while managing the café operations. She fosters self-confidence and hope in people who previously felt that their options were limited.

Hanny Allston GAICD

Founding Director, Find your Feet
Hanny Allston is an author, performance consultant, keynote speaker, entrepreneur & director. She is driven by helping people find their feet and then stay on their feet. She strives for excellence in business, her international ultra trail running career, and education. She is the only non-European athlete to have won the World Orienteering Championships and won both the Junior & Senior World Orienteering Titles in the same year. In 2015 she was awarded Young Business Woman of the Year for Tasmania and in 2018 her company, Find Your Feet Australia, won the Telstra Small & Succeeding Business of the Year. She is a member of the National Parks & Wildlife Advisory Council, representing the interest areas of Tourism, Recreation & Business Management. She is also the youngest appointed councillor to the Australian Institute of Company Directors Tasmanian Council.
