Alexandrea's knowledge and experience of governing organisational culture comes from being a Chair and Director in the private, not-for-profit and government sectors, as well as from executive organisational development roles in large corporations including Lion Nathan and Coca-Cola Amatil.
Current roles include Chair of SATAC Ltd the tertiary admissions centre for SA and NT and the UniSA MBA Advisory Board and a Director of Credit Union SA.
Former Chair and Directorships include the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust, Country Arts Trusts in SA and Queensland, a cardiology practice, an accountancy, and financial planning business as well as TAFE SA. She also served for five years as a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors State Council.
Following a successful executive career in international and national businesses in manufacturing, sales, financial services, and the arts, she now conducts board performance reviews, assists boards with CEO performance planning and coaches directors, CEOs, and executives.
Alexandrea is accredited in several coaching and business performance programs and is qualified in a variety of psychometric assessment tools. Recognised as one of Australia’s leading human resource management professionals, influencing the future direction of the discipline at a national level, she was awarded the AHRI Medal for her exemplary contribution. She also holds a certificate in brewing science.
She has managed due diligence and merger integration teams, which included a significant focus on culture, at board and executive levels and been a visiting lecturer at Griffith University and the University of South Australia.
