ABOUT THE COURSE

Leverage risk to improve governance and performance.
This half-day workshop explores how effective risk oversight at board level can be leveraged to improve governance, performance, resilience and competitive advantage.
It examines risk strategy, risk culture and their effects on organisational performance. You will consider the interconnected nature of risk, including how one risk event can have a domino-like impact on other areas of governance. You will review risk management at board level, with a focus on setting risk appetite and the role of risk committees.
