Public Sector Forum

Following the success of the Australian Institute of Company Director’s (AICD) ASX and Private Business Forums in November 2016, the Public Sector Forum will be held in Canberra, in August this year.

In his keynote address, Dr Robert Kaye MAICD, co-founder and executive director of Incept Labs will speak about Tackling the key issues of our times. He will consider the significance of diversity, innovation and risk and the competing priorities that must be balanced to improve outcomes and progress a greater agenda.

The half-day forum also includes two panel sessions, Achieving greater outcomes in the public sector through the fostering of better cross-sector collaboration and Big data and public sector organisations. These interactive sessions are led by experienced directors, leaders and industry experts. Their sector-specific content will challenge your current thinking and ensure your organisation has the resilience to govern into the future.

The networking lunch at the conclusion of the forum is an opportunity to meet your peers, discuss the challenges you are experiencing or expect to face, and reflect on the day’s discussions.
