Every organisation has a culture. A strong corporate culture that prioritises risk management is key to good governance and organisations need it to navigate through complex and global changes.

Establishing an appropriate risk culture is a key accountability for boards as they ensure a balanced approach to maximising the positive and minimise the negative impact of uncertainty.

This briefing will explore the question on everyone’s lips is:

  • How do boards do this?
  • What does ‘risk culture’ mean?
  • How is risk culture different to culture?
  • How can boards be sure they have an effective risk culture?
  • What are the obstacles to building a strong risk culture?

We hope you can join us along with colleagues and peers at this briefing event.
