Marion Macleod is a non-executive director with over 25 years’ board experience. She has expertise in strategy setting, audit, finance, business commercialisation, I.T., change transformation, risk and governance.
Her executive experience extends across a range of industries including banking, technology, telecommunications, education, government, agriculture, the health sector and logistics. She has also been involved in complex transformational change.
Marion is principal at consultancy Core Management Solutions (CMS) and has an edu-tech start-up venture. She is currently Centenary president of Melbourne Rotary and Director at Fenwick Pty Ltd, and Homeward Bound. Past board positions include, VFF, V/Line, Metlink, Mecwacare and the CAE.
Marion consults into a variety of organisations and until recently delivered the award-winning program, The Effective Director, to senior NAB executives. She was a council member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors for eight years. Marion is a Williamson Fellow and graduate of Leadership Victoria.
