Join us for this indepth discussion of foreign investment in Australian agribusiness.

Foreign investment is vital to Australia's prosperity. The Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) regulates foreign investment in Australia, advising on policy, examining investment proposals, and making recommendations to Government. Despite the tightening of Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) requirements, inbound investment continues to flow. The appeal of Australia is partly due to the opportunity for investors to have exposure to international markets given we export a significant percentage of our agricultural production; and the security of our legal system.

Our panel of experts will discuss the opportunities and challenges of foreign investment, and will provide insight into how FIRB operates to facilitate these business dealings whilst protecting Australia's national interest.

Please note: Registrations open at 5.30pm with networking drinks.
