Attend this Directors’ Briefing to hear from our panel of experts on how incorporating a board helped them transform their businesses for the better.

As SMEs grow areas including raising of capital, expanding into new geographical regions, strategic marketing, business restructuring, and succession planning come into the foreground and become avenues which, if implemented correctly, help the business to move to the next level.

There is always a fear associated with handing over the reins of your business to others, but through conveying clear guidelines, assessing existing skill gaps and careful member selection, the addition of a board can prove advantageous to SME businesses.

Join us at this Directors' Briefing to gain an understanding of the benefits of having a board and how to go about incorporating one in your business structure.
