Through his public and private health sector successes, Stuart is a Corporate Advisor to Scancorp Medical. In this role, Stuart prepares and implements strategic plans and divestment strategies for businesses.

“By any measure of modern management theory, no matter what the industry, the development and maintenance of a contemporary strategic plan through key stakeholder engagement is an absolute must for any organisation’s long-term survival”, says Stuart Schneider Adj A/Prof, FAICD

Boards may be judged on their ability to ‘future proof’ their organisation, ensuring that they have longevity, resilience and the ability to withstand the vagaries of the marketplace.

It’s therefore important to have a strong strategic framework that facilitates improved, efficient decisions and outcomes. Boards should not be looking backwards but rely on the right forward-looking information about strategy, culture, people and customers. Directors should get out of the ‘same old’ boardroom and look across borders to learn from approaches in different companies, industries and countries. Developing new skills and insights are essential for innovation and should be sought to create the questioning, diverse and challenging environment needed to imagine, inspire and deliver better outcomes.

Join Anne Skipper FAICD and Stuart Schneider FAICD as they discuss some of the key points to consider in preparing your board for the future.

This will be an interactive session offering members an opportunity to network amongst like-minded business professionals, ask questions of our industry experts and even share your own experiences with participants.

Please note; The Download Series of events are conducted as stand up networking style sessions. Limited seating available.
