Margaux Beauchamp GAICD

Executive Director, Corporate Finance, BDO
Margaux Beauchamp has more than 20 years of corporate advisory experience, advising the private sector and government on strategy, feasibility, the sale, purchase and financing of businesses, due diligence assignments for the acquisition of businesses, and Independent Expert Reports and valuation reports. She has also been the lead advisor on a number of Initial Public Offerings. Margaux has worked for clients in the agribusiness, property, water, manufacturing, retirement village, residential aged care, mining, energy, tourism, and gaming industries, and has lived and worked in the Philippines, Japan, Thailand, and Singapore.

Matthew Reynolds

Partner, HWL Ebsworth Lawyers
As a Partner of HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, Matthew Reynolds advises clients across all industries and, in particular, the energy and resources, technology, retail services, and construction and infrastructure sectors. Matthew has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, debt and equity capital markets and corporate advisory. He is currently an advisory board member for financial services company Yarmouth Group, and is a Non-Executive Director for ASX-listed companies Ignite Energy Resources Limited, Bubs Australia Limited and Axsesstoday Limited. He was previously a Non-Executive Director of G8 Education, the largest ASX-listed childcare provider.

Stephen Morrow MAICD

Non-Executive Chairman, Buderim Group Limited

Stephen Morrow has 38 years’ experience in agribusiness in the grain, wool, pastoral, banking and food processing industries. He has held the positions of Managing Director of ConAgra Wool Australia, Managing Director of Primac Holdings, General Manager of Agribusiness for Suncorp, and Chief Executive of Golden Circle Limited. Stephen is currently Non–Executive Chairman of Buderim Group Limited, Chairman of the Board of Directors for CEFN Pty Ltd, Golden Cockerel Pty Ltd, and Priestley’s Gourmet Holding Ltd. He is also the Australian representative for the Municipal Employees’ Retirement System of Michigan.

Dennis Lin

Partner and National Leader, International Business (China), BDO

Dennis Lin is a Partner in the Corporate division and the National Leader of China Advisory Services. Dennis has practised as both a Chartered Accountant and solicitor, and is a native speaker of Chinese (Putonghua). Following more than 10 years as a tax specialist, his current practice area is to advise on commercial aspects of transactions and act as the lead adviser to foreign entrepreneurial investors on merger and acquisition and capital market activities, with particular interests in food and agribusiness, and technology sectors. Dennis is chairman of Bubs Australia Limited (ASX:BUB), and is a non-executive board member of Buderim Group Limited (ASX:BUG).

Kristy Carr

Founder and Executive Director, Bubs Australia Limited
Kristy Carr has a proven track record of leading and building successful brands and businesses spanning Australia and the Asia Pacific over the past 20 years. Kristy lived and worked in Hong Kong for over a decade and travelled extensively throughout Asia. Kristy founded, and is currently an Executive Director on the board of Bubs Australia (ASX: BUB), which publicly listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in January 2017. Kristy oversees the company’s business development, sales and international marketing, and has an in-depth knowledge of the baby category and retail sector. Bubs products are now sold in thousands of supermarkets, health food stores and pharmacies throughout Australia, and are exported to countries throughout Asia and the Middle East.
