Bring your unique skills to the table.

This briefing is the perfect opportunity for graduates of the Company Directors Course and experienced directors to challenge the application of their governance skills in a simulated board environment. You and your fellow board members will be presented with a selection of hypothetical scenarios. As a board you will be invited to respond to the key issues within a specific timeframe and agree on the next steps.

Led by experienced facilitator Melinda Muth FAICD, members will bring their unique skills and experience to the board table and gain insight on:

  • How to avoid “group think”
  • Practicing effective communication and using your own voice
  • Avoiding unconscious bias when forming a decision
  • Working collaboratively in a group environment to progress talk to action
