Join us in Hong Kong for a Directors’ Briefing with Andrew Donovan FAICD, Principal, Thoughtpost Governance, as he discusses three ways boards can use technology to drive board performance.

In the past decade boards have become more comfortable with discussing the disruptive effect of technology on their business. They are, however, less comfortable with exploring how it might disrupt the business of the board.

In this interactive conversation Andrew Donovan FAICD will:

  • Explore the functions of the board that might be enhanced or replaced by technology;
  • Consider the types of directors who will embrace adoption of technology in the boardroom; and
  • Identify how to start the conversation on digital disruption of boards.

Take this opportunity to hear from Andrew Donovan and to network with your peers in the Hong Kong director community.
