Join us in Singapore for a Directors’ Briefing with Carolyn Chin-Parry MAICD, transformation expert and digital leader, who will speak on the impact of technology on boards.

In recent years, the vast majority of organisations have reported a change to the governance role due to technology. This means that technology should no longer be treated simply as an IT issue that falls under the sole responsibility of a CIO.

In fact, boards will have to drive change by recognising technology as both a business enabler and risk that requires serious board attention. Directors need to be responsible for information and cybersecurity governance, to ensure adherence to government regulations and maintaining public trust.

This event will discuss the key technology considerations that boards need to address in order to have any chance of future proofing their companies.

Take this opportunity to hear from Carolyn Chin-Parry and to network with your peers in the Singapore director community.
