Board composition, effective board meetings, relationships between the board, management and stakeholders, and corporate governance are key elements of effective board performance for directors. These elements are critical in driving the ultimate success or failure of all organisations.

Take this opportunity to hear from Anne Skipper and to network with your peers in the Singapore director community.
