This session will provide guidance on reviewing and transforming NFP board activities, so you can thrive in the complex NDIS environment. Using the four quadrants of the Tricker Model we will cover :

  • planning discussions
  • financial management information and discussions
  • performance discussions
  • discussions with management including expectations of CEOs and board level skill-sets

Our host will include real life ‘war stories’ (good and bad) as well as tools used to support and strengthen:

  • Strategy formulation
  • Policy making
  • Role accountability and overseeing executive activities
