Rosey Batt is the CEO of a boutique legal services firm. She was formerly an equity partner at Minter
Ellison. Her experience includes advising publicly listed companies, public companies limited by
guarantee, private companies, statutory bodies, local councils, SMEs and individuals on a variety of
legal matters including complex litigation, contracts, intellectual property, commercial transactions,
trade practices, succession planning, governance and the corporations law.
Rosey has an active portfolio of directorships including Buddy Platform Ltd, ModMed Ltd, Windmill
Theatre and the Law Society Litigation Fund. Past directorships, in the private, public and not-forprofit sectors, include: Seymour College (chair), SAICORP, Improvement Foundation Ltd, Suburban Taxi's Pty, Ennio International Pty Ltd, Uniting Care and the Pharmacy Board.
Rosey has a passion for corporate governance and has written, reviewed and facilitated the AICD
Company Directors Course for the past 16 years.
Rosey has also delivered numerous other specialisation programs for the AICD including Public
Sector Governance, Publicly Listed Governance, Reporting to the Board, Mergers and Acquisitions
and the Sale of Business from the board perspective.
