Course expectations

What can you expect?

The focus of the course is on teamwork – working in groups as a simulated board. You will solve problems, devise recommendations and sales decisions, and report back to the broader group.

The first half of the day will cover the four key stages of a business sale:

  • The decision to sell
  • Preparing for sale
  • The sales process
  • Post-sale considerations

The second half of the day will focus on real-world problem-solving in an environment designed to prepare participants to engage in an authentic sale scenario in real-time. This course provides an intensive and safe environment to test assumptions and put theory into practice.

The day is led by an experienced director facilitator, who will provide expert guidance and support throughout, sharing their own experience and answering any of your questions.

Participants are expected to have pre-read the course materials and case study prior to attending the course.
