What can you expect?

The course commences with a board dinner meeting the first evening where you will create connections with fellow participants and hear from a prominent industry speaker ahead of the learning day.

The following day is a full day of learning. Working with a group of peers in a board group, you will spend the majority of the day immersed in a fictional company preparing for the sale of a small profitable business they own.

The day is led by an experienced director facilitator, who will provide expert guidance and support throughout. In the afternoon, an experienced guest director will share their own experience and answer any of your questions.

Board diner meeting followed by facilitated and immersive sessions the following day.
