The following day is a full day of learning led by an experienced director facilitator, who will provide expert guidance and support throughout. Working with a group of peers in both board and committee groups, you will spend the majority of the day immersed in a fictional company preparing for strategic growth through acquisition. In the afternoon, an experienced guest director will share their own experience and answer any of your questions.
