The International Company Directors Course provides an in-depth examination into the role and responsibilities of a director acting in an international context. It is based on governance principles, using case studies from around the world.

Assessment and recognition
Graduates may attain the International Company Directors Course award.
To do so, you will need to successfully complete the optional assessment. On completion of the International Company Directors Course, financial members may be eligible to use the GAICD graduate post-nominal.
You will accrue 50 DPD units for completing the course, and an additional 10 DPD units for successfully completing the assessment.
This course is held over five consecutive days. The intensive sessions are run by facilitators who have extensive international director experience, providing an interactive and unique learning environment.

Complimentary e-learning courses
There is approximately 60-80 hours of pre-reading required before the course takes place. The course materials will be available for pre-reading six weeks prior to the course commencing.

These interactive e-learning courses help establish the governance context of the course, as well cater to your specific finance development needs by allowing you to self-select your level of learning. We strongly recommend completing both courses prior to attending the course.
