The International Company Directors Course provides an in-depth examination into the role and responsibilities of a director acting in an international context. The flagship five-day program will allow you to:
- Focus on the board’s role in strategy, finance and governance in the international arena
- Examine the duties and responsibilities of directors across major international regulatory frameworks
- Network with senior counterparts from different countries
- Learn how to apply frameworks for international board operations
- Learn from experienced international facilitators, who will draw on global case studies and real-life examples
Who should attend?
Directors, CEOs and senior executives of international public, private, not-for-profit and government organisations, who are working across regulatory frameworks or are conducting business across international borders.
Assessment and recognition
Graduates may attain the International Company Directors Course award.
To do so, you will need to successfully complete the optional assessment. On completion of the International Company Directors Course, financial members may be eligible to use the GAICD graduate post nominal.
You will accrue 50 DPD units for completing the course, and an additional 10 DPD units for successfully completing the assessment.
This course is held over five consecutive days. The intensive sessions are run by facilitators who have extensive international director experience, providing an interactive and unique learning environment.
