The AICD has provided a submission to Safe Work Australia in response to the current Review of Australia’s model Work Health and Safety (WHS) laws being undertaken.
In its submission, the AICD welcomed the review of Australia’s model WHS laws. The AICD strongly supports robust and effective laws that ensure the health and safety of employees in the workplace.
The AICD limited its comments in its submission to the matter of insurance products which cover the cost of work health and safety penalties.
