Organisational culture is increasingly a key governance concern. Undoubtedly it is front of mind for many directors following the recent Hayne Royal Commission Interim Report and APRA’s report on the Commonwealth Bank. Yet for non-executive directors, who are not involved in the daily operations of a company, overseeing culture can be difficult.
New technological tools can give directors greater visibility over their company’s culture. These tools monitor company culture in real time, and thereby enable earlier interventions. SWOOP Analytics is one such tool.
