Members and Clients
Our Members and Clients teams are located in all states and territories and cover a diverse range of activities. They are providers of services and resources dedicated to assisting members to access, adopt and benefit from world’s best governance practices through offering education courses and events. Members and Clients teams include client management and sales professionals.
The AICD Advisory division offers in-house and bespoke governance education programs to support clients in pursuit of better organisational performance through better governance. The team includes professional sales consultant teams which align to for-profit, not-for-profit and government markets and a business planning team that delivers market insights, trade marketing, project management and delivery and logistics.
Our national education team brings together specialists who construct, manage, assess and deliver the various education courses across our curriculum. The key functions in the team are supported by roles in the area of instructional design, performance management, course assessment and program management.
Our team of policy, research and media relations specialists is committed to improving the standards of good governance for organisations across all sectors. We engage with a broad range of external stakeholders, including government, media and policy makers.
Our finance, legal, technology and human resources teams support AICD to achieve its strategic objectives. We seek to make it easy for members and clients to engage with us, and make it easy for our people to fulfil their roles in a professional and engaging environment.
Our International team provides education, events and services to over 1500 members in more than 70 countries, from USA, UK, New Zealand, Fiji and Europe to Kazakhstan, Congo, Brazil, and Trinidad and Tobago. This small yet dynamic team delivers a range of programs to large multinational companies, and public short courses and workshops predominately in the South East Asian region and Hong Kong.
Marketing & Communications
The focus of our Marketing & Communications team is to deliver targeted, content led, multi-channel communications for members and potential members through its design, writing and marketing specialists.
